Hi, we’re Bridget and Megan — two friends who’ve shared countless adventures (and cups of coffee) over the past 10 years. What started as a dream has become Lone Cow Coffee: a mobile cart fueled by our love for coffee and community.
For us, coffee is about more than caffeine. It’s about connection, joy, and creating memorable moments at every event we serve. Inspired by the Highland cow — a symbol of warmth, resilience, and charm — we bring that same spirit to every cup we craft.

Our love for Highland cows runs deep. Beyond inspiring our brand, they’ve led us to explore ways we can give back to the people and animals that share that same spirit of calm and connection. A portion of our proceeds supports organizations that provide therapeutic experiences through these gentle creatures. It’s our way of spreading a little of the warmth and kindness that started it all.
Because yes, we serve great coffee — but we also believe in creating connection, doing good, and celebrating the things we love… one cow, and one cup, at a time.
