Our Story
Lone Cow Coffee began with two friends, a shared love for great coffee, and a simple idea: that some of the best moments in life happen over a cup of coffee.
What started as a dream between two Bend women quickly grew into a mobile espresso cart serving handcrafted drinks at weddings, markets, and community gatherings across Central Oregon. Along the way, Lone Cow became more than just a cart, it became a way to create connection, celebrate community, and share great coffee wherever people gather.

Why The Cow?
Our love for Highland cows runs deep. Beyond inspiring our brand, they’ve led us to explore ways we can give back to the people and animals that share the same spirit of calm and connection. A portion of our proceeds supports organizations that provide therapeutic experiences through these gentle creatures. It’s our way of spreading a little of the warmth and kindness that started it all.
Because yes, we serve great coffee - but we also believe in creating connection, doing good, and celebrating the things we love…one cow, and one cup, at a time.
We’re proud to partner with Clarity Cow Cuddling, an organization that offers therapeutic cow-cuddling experiences that promote calm, connection, and healing. Through this partnership, a portion of every Lone Cow purchase helps fund scholarships that make these experiences accessible to underserved populations.

Co-owner of Lone Cow Coffee and a true lover of all things caffeine, dogs, and CrossFit. When she’s not fueling the Lone Cow vision, you’ll find her mountain biking or chasing her next adventure, usually with a cold brew in hand.
Megan
Co-owner of Lone Cow Coffee and the creative mind behind our logo and brand. She’s artsy, adventure-loving, and always happiest spending time with friends and family, especially when coffee is involved.
