Inspired by one of our favorite Bend streets, NW Galveston is an organic single origin Nicaragua coffee with notes of apple, chocolate, and roasted nuts. The crisp brightness of apple pairs beautifully with rich chocolate and toasted nuts, creating a cup that's smooth, flavorful, and distinctly Nicaraguan.

We proudly partner with Unbound Brews, a specialty coffee roaster that sources high-quality beans from more than 18 countries around the world. Their coffees are specialty-grade (scoring 80+ on a 100-point scale), Fair Trade, and sourced with a strong commitment to ethical practices, environmental responsibility, and long-term farmer relationships, ensuring exceptional quality from farm to cup.
At the end of the day, coffee has to stand on its own. That’s why Lone Cow is built around roasts we genuinely love to drink.

Online orders typically take 3–5 days to process before shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
For customers in the Bend area, we also offer local delivery on Tuesdays. Orders placed earlier in the week will typically be included in that week’s delivery.
